Burung Indonesia ketika ini sedang melaksanakan jadwal Danida Support to
Harapan Rainforest (DSHRF) terletak di Propinsi Jambi dan Sumatera Selatan.
Salah satu sasaran utama DSHRF yaitu membuatkan sentra pengetahuan untuk
restorasi ekosistem, termasuk pengembangan dan pengelolaan Ecosystem
Restoration Resource Center (ERRC) di HRF. Lingkupnya termasuk mencakup
aspek administrasi konsesi dan juga mempromosikan Restorasi Ekosistem (RE)
sebagai pilihan cara mengelola hutan alam produksi di kalangan masyarakat
kehutanan Indonesia, pengembangan bisnis RE dan kemitraan, termasuk dengan
pengalaman administrasi konsesi di Hutan Harapan.
Dalam mencapai sasaran tersebut Burung Indonesia membutuhkan tenaga
profesional muda yang kreatif, dinamis dan enerjik untuk sanggup melaksanakan
program-program yang tengah dibangun dan untuk itu Burung Indonesia membuka

Community Development and Social Engagement Specialist
Gambaran umum pekerjaan
Mengembangkan konsep pengelolaan sumberdaya alam pada kawasan RE bersama
masyarakat secara partisipatif, menawarkan asistensi dan konsep manajemen
social konsesi RE, meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan membuatkan kemitraan
ekonomi secara partisipatif bersama masyarakat. Merumuskan dan memfasilitasi
resolusi konflik di Hutan produksi termasuki konsesi RE secara partisipatif
dan permanen.
Kualifikasi
. Pendidikan minimal S1 Bidang social (antropologi, sociologi,
ekonomi, komunikasi, aturan atau relevan);
. Minimal bekerja 5 tahun dalam isu-isu social ekonomi sumberdaya
alam, Kehutanan dan lingkungan;
. Menguasai banyak sekali perangkat analisis social-ekonomi menyerupai social
impact assessment, Participatory Rural Rapid Apraisal, Participatory Poverty
Alleviation, dan sejenisnya;
. Menguasai pengembangan ekonomi dan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat
berdasarkan konteks budaya dan social mereka;
. Memiliki kemampuan dalam resolusi konflik sumberdaya alam;
. Menguasi komputer applikasi MS office (Word, power point, excel),
memiliki pemahaman aplikasi data base mendapat prioritas;

9. Construction Completion Coordinator
Job Function:
Responsible to the SCL for interacting with Company and Contractor construction teams to ensure that all systems are mechanically complete prior to Hand Over to the SC Team. Function:

Saat byk hal jadi serba instan, byk
langkah terseok mengikutinya, banyak ketidaksabaran di sana-sini terjadi.
Kesabaran perlu digandakan.
Suami.. Dari hari ke hari, duduk masalah byk
menjegal. Jika tak ada duduk masalah pun, insan sering mempunyai ilham menyibukkan
diri.
Masalah & tantangan ada tiap hari,
jagalah stamina & kesehatan dgn baik. Cita2 tinggi ataupun mulia, sulit
dicapai dgn kesehatan tak prima.
Suami.. Dari hari ke hari, duduk masalah byk
menjegal. Jika tak ada duduk masalah pun, insan sering mempunyai ilham menyibukkan
diri.
Masalah & tantangan ada tiap hari,
jagalah stamina & kesehatan dgn baik. Cita2 tinggi ataupun mulia, sulit
dicapai dgn kesehatan tak prima.
Istri.. Jangan biasakan menumpuk barang di
rumah. Sesekali bersihkanlah bagian2 rumahmu biar terbebas dari penyakit.
Hitunglah berapa banyak yg kaubeli setiap
harinya; tentu perlu ada bbrp unit barang bekas/rusak yg perlu kaukeluarkan
dari rumah.
Jagalah kebersihan rumahmu; selain kau
tetap bergerak, kesehatan anggota keluarga pun akan terpelihara.
Anak.. Latihlah dirimu utk mempersiapkan
segala keperluan sekolah esok hari dgn disiplin tanpa terburu-buru, sampai tak
ada yg terlupa.
Ketidakdisiplinan byk org telah memberikan
mereka ber-bagai2 masalah, mulai hrs diteriaki, bertengkar, dieksekusi di sekolah.
Seringnya, terjadi keributan yang tak
perlu terjadi, jikalau mereka mau berusaha hidup lebih teratur.
Malam
Suami.. Sesekali ketika kembali kerja,
periksalah pekerjaan rumah anak-anakmu atau luangkan waktu utk berbicara dgn
anak2mu ttg sekolah mrk.
Kau hanya perlu mengajukan pertanyaan
singkat dan mendengarkan. Hindarilah menyela pembicaraan anak2 ketika mrk
antusias bercerita padamu.
Dengarkanlah dgn ikhlas & dgn sungguh..
Kali ini, jgn sertakan agendamu utk menginterogasi anak; itu bukanlah
komunikasi yg jujur.
Istri.. Menyiapkan baju rumah higienis utk
dikenakan suamimu malam ini, tdk pernah menjadi hal kuno di dlm melayani suami
dgn tulus.
Kemudian sekedar memberi pijitan ringan di
pundaknya dan memberi segelas minuman hangat, pembicaraan ringan dgn tawa, itu
tetaplah manis.
Anak.. Jika ada satu pelajaran yg tak
kaukuasai dgn baik, bukan berarti engkau bodoh. Tak ada org serba mengetahui
segala-galanya.
Jangan berkecil hati thd pelajaran yg
sulit; carilah cara2 belajar, baik menambah waktu berguru & meminta org yg
lebih tahu utk mengajari.
Kepandaian sejati ada pd org yg berjuang
gigih menghadapi duduk masalah dgn usaha2 ulet yg cerdas dgn tdk terus mengulangi
kesalahan yg sama.

5. Hold valid BOSIET certificate - Approved by ONTO (all offshore)
6. Hold valid IWCF / IADC Well Control certification (1)
7. Hold valid Migas License as required (2,3,4,5,7,14)
8. Hold valid GOC/GMDSS/AGGR (13); Valid HLO (06,13 & 16)
9. Hold valid Class 3 certificate of Indonesian’s seafarer (6, 8,11 & 12)
10. All deck crews minimum to have ANTD; engine crews minimum to have ATT IV
11. Familiar with HSE implementation (16)
